Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was very spacious with a nice seating area and immaculately clean, overlooking the courtyard on the 8th floor, which was perfect for my needs at the Aspen Institute. The location was superb, just a short distance from Georgetown, offering great dining and sightseeing options. Although the dining was outstanding and a good value, being within a five-minute walk, it was a bit expensive compared to free breakfasts at other hotels. Overall, a great experience with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were average and looked like a Holiday Inn, but the noise from the courtyard was unbearable, and my room wasn't ready until 4:30. On the bright side, the service was super helpful, with great tips on transportation and directions; however, the value for the $350 room wasn't ideal. The location was convenient for exploring DC but had some issues with pool access. The dining options were disappointing and overpriced without much variety.
The hotel is in a great location near the Aspen Institute, offering very spacious rooms with a super-comfortable bed and welcoming gifts. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the proximity to my destination was perfect. However, the dining options could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were quite comfortable and well-located in the Georgetown area, but the noise from the interconnecting door to the next room was a bit bothersome. The welcome gifts were a nice touch, though.
The hotel's stunning location in the heart of Georgetown is truly unparalleled, offering gorgeous surroundings and easy access to major attractions. The rooms are beautifully decorated for the holidays, featuring cozy crisp sheets and comforters, but cleanliness could be improved. Customer service is top-notch, with friendly, helpful, and courteous staff from valet to the Rooms Director. The dining options, such as the complimentary d'oeuvres from 5-7 pm, are satisfactory but could be more consistent in quality. Overall, the hotel provides a luxurious experience with some room for enhancement in cleanliness and dining.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were really clean and comfortable, and I even found a complimentary bottle of water waiting for me. The music playing from 4:00 in the morning was a unique touch, and the room was quiet and impeccably clean.
